I attended a Kundalini Workshop this year in Northwest Arkansas put on by Mehtab and Guru Karam,What a wonderful experience! I found this link to the Y.F.C. and am not sure if there is a way I could help here in Arkansas(a fair distance from Austin) but I would love to volunteer if there were some way I could help.
